1. Parties1.2 The Agreement between The Provider and the Customer consists of the order confirmation, if any, any related appendices, and these CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, including the Data Processing Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the order confirmation and the CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the provisions of the order confirmation shall prevail.

For the purposes of Article 28(3) of Regulation 2016/679 (the GDPR)1. Preamble1) These Contractual Clauses (the Clauses) set out the rights and obligations of the data controller and the data processor, when processing personal data on behalf of the data controller.2) The Clauses have been designed to ensure the parties’ compliance with Article 28(3) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
